• I placed my order on a Standard delivery, when will it be delivered?

    A: Standard orders placed can take up to 5 working days to arrive, once you have received your confirmation email. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next following working day.

  • I placed an order Next Day Delivery, what time can I expect to receive my parcel?

    A: Next day orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri can arrive between 8am and 6pm on the next working day (Mon-Sat), Next day Parcels will require a signature (the courier may leave a Next Day Parcel in a safe place or a calling card will be left so that you can arrange another date for delivery). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next following working day.

  • I placed an order for an overseas delivery, how long can this take?

    A: Overseas parcels can take up to 14 working days to be delivered depending on it’s destination. Any customs duties owed are payable by the customer.

  • I am attempting to order 5 cards, although every time I type in the number 5, the Web site is still only showing 1, why can I not order the quantity I need?

    A: This unfortunately means that there is only 1 of this item in stock. Please contact us via email for further information.

  • I have not received my Confirmation Email? Has my order been placed?

    A: If you could contact us with the following details we will be able to check for you. We require your full name, post code, date and estimated time of order and the products ordered. Please also check your junk folder as you may security settings not allowing emails from Clintons.

  • I want to return an item as I no longer need it. Can I return it to a store?

    A: All website returns must be returned via post/courier to the website. Unfortunately, our stores will be unable to refund or exchange any goods purchased on-line. (Please see Refund/Returns section in customer support for more details)

  • I have returned an item to the web site for a refund, as I no longer need it, how long will it be before the funds appear back in my account?

    A: Once the parcel has been received refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear in you account.
